Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, no card required. You can import your existing customers and inventory on day one. Cancel any time before day 14 and we delete your workspace within 7 days.
Do I have to pay extra to add staff?
Staff seats are included up to your tier limit. Premium covers 5 staff, Enterprise covers 25. Need more? Each additional seat is $10/month, same on every tier.
Will it talk to my blanks supplier?
Probably. We have live catalogue integrations with AS Colour, SanMar, S&S Activewear, Alphabroder, Ralawise, PenCarrie, Gildan AU/US/EU, JB's Wear, Stanley/Stella, and more. Full list on our integrations page.
Can my customers approve artwork without an account?
Yes. Each artwork approval link is signed and time-boxed. Your customer clicks one link, sees the proof, and approves or requests a change. Their decision is logged on the order automatically.
Does it handle screen print, DTG, DTF, embroidery, and sublimation?
Yes. Each decoration method has its own quote rules, work order fields, and substrate inventory. You can run a mixed-decoration shop without leaving the platform.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything as CSV any time, including invoices, customer records, and the artwork archive. After cancellation we delete your workspace within 30 days unless you ask us to delete sooner.
